Beth Ann Hack

Beth Ann Hack, 51, of Clayton, passed away November 30, 2015. She was born in Indianapolis on August 7, 1964 to William and Beverly (Martin) Hack. Beth worked for the Sycamore Center in Danville for 30 years. She was preceded in death by her brother, Malcolm Hack. Funeral services will be at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home on Friday, December 4, at 11:30 am where friends may call from 10:30 am until time of service. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Cartersburg. Survivors include parents, William and Beverly Hack; brother, Owen (Michelle) Hack; sister, Barbara (Dan) Moran; several nieces and nephews.
