Luna Clarice (Dawson) Rhea, 97, of Plainfield, achieved peace on 21 March 2009 in the Danville Regional Rehabilitation Center, Danville. Clarice was born September 12, 1911 in Los Angeles, CA. She married her husband of 33 years, Edward Sumpter Rhea, Lt. Cdr. USN, in 1936. A classically trained musician, Clarice taught piano for 22 years. She was twice President of the Indiana Piano Teachers Guild. She leaves one daughter, Norma L. Rhea; two sons, David E. and Ronald E. Rhea; two grandchildren, Trisha Rhea and Stephen Herald; and two great granddaughters and a great grandson. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday evening, March 24, 2009 at 7:00 pm in the Westside Church of the Nazarene, 8610 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN.
