John Allen Mohler

John Allen Mohler, 46, of Plainfield, passed away March 15, 2009. He was born June 2, 1962 in Phoenix, AZ. He was a fireman 23 years for the Indianapolis Fire Dept. Station #1. He was a member of Phi Delta Theta and a graduate of Franklin (IN) College. He was also a member of St. Susanna Catholic Church where a Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 pm Friday March 20, 2009. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday March 19 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield. He is survived by his wife, Monique (Hamby) Mohler; two sons, Michael, and Matthew Mohler; two daughters, Elaine (Mike) Morgan, and Elizabeth Mohler; his parents,Johnny and Fern (Acton) Mohler; a sister, Tracy Mohler; grandmother, Fern Marie Cloe Mohler; sister-in-laws Paulette Hamby and Nicole (Steve) Klitzing; a brother-in-law Scott (Melissa) Hamby; and 6 nephews and nieces.
