Olin L. Rairdon

Olin L. Rairdon, 86, of Plainfield, IN. passed away March 6, 2009. He was born April 30, 1922 in Braymer, MO. to the late Roswell and Bertha (Raynor) Rairdon. Olin was a retired air traffic controller for the FAA 21 years retiring in 1979. He also owned Rairdon Stump Removal for 25 years retiring in 2005. He was a Merchant Marine during WWII. His memberships include Plainfield Lions Club, Hendricks County Antique Association and the Plainfield United Methodist Church where a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 10 at 7:00 pm. Friends may call at the church prior to the service from 2:00 - 6:00 pm. Burial will be in Plymouth Cemetery, Braymer, MO. Survivors include his wife, Audrey Rairdon; sons, Donald and Jerry Rairdon; daughter, Carol Williams; sister, Reba A. Pilant; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
