Sheran Sue Christian

Sheran Sue Christian, 70, of Clayton, passed away February 27, 2009. She was born April 30, 1938 in Lebanon, IN. She was a 1956 graduate of Stilesville High School. She was a bookkeeper for B&G Tire Center and later Solid Base Construction Materials both in Clayton, retiring in 1999. Sue was a member of Hazelwood Baptist Church and charter member of the Delta Theta Tau Chapter of Tri Kappa. She is survived by her husband, Robert T. Christian; daughter, Kathy C. (Tom) Bothwell; son Kent C. Christian;daughter Karla C. (Bryan) Rollin; her mother, Floretta (Smith) Eilar; two brothers, DeVaughn and Richard Eilar; two sisters, Carroll Gould and Karen Finchum; 8 grandsons, 2 granddaughters and 1 great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd F. Eilar. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Tuesday March 3, 2009 in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Monday March 2. Burial, Stilesville Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
