Shawn M. Acton

Shawn M. Acton, 24, of Plainfield, passed away on September 30, 2015. He was born in Danville on July 4, 1991. Shawn graduated from Plainfield High School in 2010. Funeral services will be Monday, October 5, at 11:00 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Sunday, October 4, from 2:00 until 6:00 pm. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield. Survivors include father, Scott Acton and step-mother Debbie Wilson; grandparents, Charles and Bettie Acton; brothers, Nicholas and Corbin Acton, Colton Loudermilk; sisters, Mariah Massengill, Christina Starnes and Courtney Fugate. He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents, Kelly (Harding) Massengill, Chuck and Sue Harding.
