Richard T. Gould

Richard T. Gould, 83, of Stilesville, passed away on September 7, 2015. He was born in Mulberry, IN on January 31, 1932 to the late Floyd and Helen (Rothenberger) Gould. Richard was a Korean War veteran serving with the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Stilesville Christian Church. Richard worked for Allison's and retired in 1993 after 42 1/2 years. He was a co-founder of the Putnam County Coin Club. Richard was preceded in death by his brother, Dale Gould; sisters, Joy Erwin and Patty Best; two grandsons, Jesse and Seth Gould. Survivors include his wife, Carroll (Eilar) Gould; sons, Jim and David (Janice) Gould; daughters, Donna (Randy) Bumgardner and Peggy (Kenny) Boggs; sister, Beverly Kay Sipes; grandchildren, Jason & Joshua Bumgardner, Twyla, Tracy, & Austin Gould, Matthew and Alex Boggs, Tiffany Lucas, Angelina Hardin and Derek Gould; 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 10:30 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 9, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Stilesville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Stilesville Christian Church Food Pantry (P.O.Box 237 Stilesville, IN 46180).
