Delbert F. Belcher

Delbert F. Belcher, 76, of Clayton, IN passed away February 2, 2009. He was born April 13, 1932 to the late Benjamin and Rosa (Jackson) Belcher in Charleston, WV. He was a salesman for Crocker Fels, Cincinnati, OH for 30 years retiring in 1990. He is survived by his wife, Ruth E. (Harbin) Belcher; a son, Mark Belcher; a brother, Kenniman Belcher; and two sisters, Carol Ann Edwards and Rachael Smith. Graveside services will be at 11:00 am Saturday February 7 at the Belcher Cemetery in Charleston, WV. Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Awareness Association.
