Sue F. Watkins

Sue F. Watkins, 86, of Clayton, passed away December 19, 2008. She was born November 30, 1922 to the late Homer and Velma Anderson in Gallatin, TN. She was a homemaker and a lifelong farmer's wife, and a member of the Plainfield Church of Christ and the Hazelwood Community Circle. She is survived by her daughter, Linda S. (Johnny) Price; three sisters, Clara Hallock, Becky Poynter, and Agnes Hurd; 2 grandchildren, Pam Swinford and Jon Hege; and 5 great grandchildren, Rachael and Brandon Dickerson, Riley Price, Brooklyn and Tyler Hege. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold A. Watkins. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Monday December 22, 2008 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call from 2:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday December 21. Burial, Center Valley Cemetery, Belleville.
