June B. Burton

June B. Burton, 93, of Plainfield, IN., passed away December 16, 2008. She was born June 14, 1915 in Tunnelton, IN. to the late Walter and Olive Baugh. She worked in the clerical department at Ft. Benjamin Harrison retiring in 1978. She was a member of Plainfield Christian Church. June was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Burton Sr. and her son, Robert H. Burton Jr. A funeral service will be held Friday, December 19 at 11:00 am in the chapel at Maple Hill Cemetery, where friends may call from 10:00 am until time of service. Survivors include her daughter inlaw, Mary Lou Burton; nieces, Wanda Rawnsley and Pat Holtsclaw; best friend, Marjorie Spence; 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
