Harold B. Rose, 92 of Plainfield, IN., passed away December 6, 2008. He was born March 24, 1916 in Martinsville, IN. to the late Callie and Dessie (Williams) Rose. He was a farmer in the 1940's and 1950's in Hendricks and Morgan Counties. He also worked for Public Service Indiana and retired in 1978 as the owner of Harold's Garage in Joppa. His memberships include the Plainfield Friends Meeting and Plainfield Masonic Lodge # 653, where he was a 60 year member. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 10 at 10:30 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Tuesday, December 9, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville, IN. Survivors include his wife, Pamela Bryant Rose; son, Bill (Lynn) Rose; daughter, Alyce (Jerry) Collins; step-son, David (Jackie) Bryant; step-daughter, K.B. (Ronald) Steele; sisters, Helen Stone and Norma Holden; 11 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
