Mary Ellen Shircliff

Mary Ellen (Gunion) Shircliff,83, of Plainfield, IN. passed away November 28, 2008 in Plainfield Health Care. She was born May 6, 1925 in Frankfort, IN. to the late William H. and Olive Muriel (Shoemaker) Gunion. She had worked as an innkeeper at the Holiday Inn in Speedway many years. Most recently she worked for the V.F.W. as a hostess. Graveside services will be Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 11:00 am in Bunnell Cemetery, Frankfort, IN. Survivors include her son, Jerry Meeks; granddaughter, Jennifer Meeks; special friend, Nolan Walters.
