Margaret J. Marko

Margaret J. Marko, 87, of Indianapolis, passed away February 1, 2015 at The Gathering Together in Plainfield. She was born May 17, 1927 in Hoopeston, IL to the late Jesse and Adeline Bennett. Margaret worked for Scranton Industry as a line worker. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Marko and sister Silvia Marie Ellis. Survivors include her son, Wally Marko; daughter, Ruth (Rick) Laughlin; brother, Jesse Bennett Jr.; sister, Louise Gray; grandchildren, Amanda, Megan and Anne Marko, Victoria (Craig) Laughlin-Casares. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 4, 2015 in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home at 8:00 pm where friends may call from 6:00 pm until service time. Graveside services will be Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 10:30 am central time at Floral Hill Cemetery, Hoopeston, IL.
