Charleen Daum

Charleen Daum, 83, of Plainfield, passed away December 4, 2014. She was born February 28, 1931 in Indianapolis to the late William Arthur and Anna Lucile Edwards. She was a homemaker and member of Plainfield Christian Church. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 9, at 11:00 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Monday, December 8, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. She was preceded in death by siblings, Kate Rupe, Eileen Stewart and William R. Edwards as well as a grandson, Gregory Adam Clay. Survivors include her husband, John A. (Bud) Daum; daughters, Sharon (Carter) Huff, Susan J. Clay-Daum and Judy (Randy) Pfeifer; son, John W. (Buddy) Daum; sister, Velma Fisher; sister in law, Marsha Edwards; 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Plainfield Christian Church building fund.
