Felix V. Western

Felix V. Western, 77, of Plainfield, passed away November 1, 2008. He was born April 28, 1931 to the late Vernon and Rintha (Wooldridge) Western in Belleville, IN. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War. He worked as a corrections officer at the Indiana Boys School in Plainfield for 26 years retiring in 1993. He was a member of the Plainfield Eagles Lodge #3207. Felix is survived by his wife, Bonnie Jean (Willis) Western; three sons, Robert M. Rodney V. and Michael Western; two daughters, Elizabeth F. Carrington, and Kitrina Radwinnauski; a sister, Opal Ward; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. He was preceded in death by his son Jody Western. Funeral services will be on Monday November 10, 2008 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call from 2:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday November 9, 2008. Burial, Center Valley Cemetery, Belleville, IN.
