Mildred L. Parsons

Mildred L. Parsons, 87, of Greenwood, formerly of Plainfield, went to be with her Lord on October 8, 2014. She was born December 15, 1926 in Old Fort, TN to the late George and Tildia Silver. She retired in 1983 from Uniroyal in Indianapolis after 28 years. Mildred was a member of First Baptist Church of Plainfield. Graveside services will be Friday, October 10, at 11:00 am in Lincoln Memory Gardens, Whitestown, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Parsons and siblings, Cecil, Noah and Shirley Silver, Annie Dills Foster and Lovada Officer. Survivors include siblings, Roger Dale Silver of Old Fort, TN, Betty Schroth of Greenwood, IN, Ruby Flood of Eton, GA, Nelia Rogers of Benton, TN, Sue Strickland of Pellum, GA and special friends and care givers, Melody Steinebach of Indianapolis and Jean Silver of Westfield.
