Robert F. Butler

Robert F. Butler, 91, of Plainfield, passed away October 1, 2014. He was born May 28, 1923 in Bloomfield, IN to the late Arthur L. and Hazel N. Butler. Bob was a WW II Army veteran. His memberships include Center Community Church, Indianapolis Murat Shrine and Carmel Masonic Lodge of which he was a past Worshipful Master. Bob retired from Ram Tool and Supply Company in 1988 after 25 years as a salesman. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 4, at 1:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call from 11:00 am until service time. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Indianapolis. Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Butler; sons, David R. (Sharon) and Steven F. (Sally) Butler; brother, James A. (Betty) Butler; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Contributions may be made to Indianapolis Murat Shrine.
