Jane M. Maxwell

Jane M. Maxwell, 87, of Plainfield, IN., passed away September 27, 2008. She was born September 22, 1921 in Terre Haute, IN. to the late Wilson and Helen (Rubsam) Scott. She was a homemaker and member of the Plainfield Christian Church. Jane was a devoted mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul R. Maxwell. Funeral services will be Friday, October 3 at 10:00 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Thursday, October 2 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Entombment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Survivors include a son, Steven P. Maxwell; daughters, Susan D. Smith, Michelle M. O'Connor and Stacey J. Thaler; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
