Brian E. Olmstead

Brian E. Olmstead, 37, of Avon, passed away September 9, 2014. He was born February 13, 1977 in Danville, IN. He was a graduate of Motorcycle Mechanic Institute (MMI). He is survived by his mother, Helen (Blair) husband John "Scotty" Scotten; father, Patrick R. wife Jan Olmstead; son, Finnegan Brian Edward Taylor; a brother, Patrick M. Olmstead; a sister, Bridget M. (Tom) Hood; two half-sisters, Candy G. (Bryan) Shaffer and Brandy M. (Kevin) Jones; and a step-brother, Alex Scotten. He was preceded in death by a step-sister, Christina Dowell. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 18, 2014 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Thursday from 5:00 pm until service time at 7:00 pm.
