Darnita Lee "Dee Dee" Cochran

Darnita Lee "Dee Dee" Cochran, 67, of Plainfield, passed away August 8, 2014. She was born November 21, 1946 to the late Theodore and Eileen (Beach) Waldorf in Flint, MI. She was a hair stylist for Great Clips in Plainfield for 7 years retiring in 2005. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth G. Cochran; three sons, Joseph L. (Nyla) Bivens Jr., Kelly Bivens Sr. and Mark Alan (Denise) Williams Sr.; a daughter, Crystal (Ben) Cook; a brother, Merle Waldorf; a sister, Marlene Morgan; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Shelly K. Bivens. Memorial services will be at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Tuesday from 5:00 pm until service time at 7:00 pm.
