Infant Jax Hudson LaFave, of Plainfield passed away June 18, 2014. He is survived by his parents, Timothy J. and Jamie L. (Flisiak) LaFave; his sister, Reese Addison LaFave; grandparents, John L. and Kathy L. LaFave, Paul and Phyllis Flisiak, and Laura and Bob Schappert; and great grandparents, Aurelio and Serafini and Paul and Betty Flisiak. Private funeral services were held at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.
