James R. Hensley Jr.

James R. Hensley Jr., 49, of Plainfield, IN. passed away August 12, 2008. He was born October 29, 1958 in Indianapolis, IN. He was a manufacturers representative for the hunting and fishing industry representing 28 factories for several years. He also owned Jim Hensley Enterprises which was a landscaping and excavating business. Jim was a 1977 graduate of Plainfield High School. His memberships included the Babe Ruth Hall of Fame and National Bass Pro. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 16 at 10:00 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Friday, August 15, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hall, IN. Survivors include his father, James R. Hensley Sr.; mother, Barbara Peck; step-mother, Linda Hensley; son, James R. Hensley; brother, Tim Hensley; sisters, Cynthia Evans, Deborah Schuck, Rhonda Wallen and Kara Snow; 2 grandchildren; 12 nieces and nephews.
