Sterling Lowell Franklin

Sterling Lowell Franklin, 81, of Clayton, passed away August 9, 2008. He was born August 16, 1926 to the late Lowell and Alice Franklin in Indianapolis. He was a lifelong Hendricks County dairy farmer until his retirement in 1985. He was a member of the Belleville United Methodist Church. He is survived by a son, Raymond Franklin and a sister Mary Storey. He was preceded in death by his wife Verna Franklin. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Tuesday August 12, 2008 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Monday August 11. Burial, Stilesville Cemetery.
