Matthew Lee Mayes

Matthew Lee Mayes, 33, of Plainfield, passed away May 25, 2014. He was born December 16, 1980 in Victorville, CA to Charles "Rick" and Kathy (Ulrey) Mayes. Matt was a 1998 graduate of Avon High School. A memorial service will be Thursday, May 29, at 7:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call from 5:00 pm until time of service. Survivors include a daughter, Brylee Faith Mayes; parents, Rick and Kathy Mayes; brothers, Mitchell (Amber) and Morgan Mayes; grandparents, Joan Ulrey, Bobby and Nadean Mayes; several aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Brylee Mayes Scholarship Fund in care of Chase Bank, 807 Southfield Drive, Plainfield, IN 46168. Checks should be made out to Brylee or Charles Mayes.
