William E. Craven

William E. "Bill" Craven, 85, of Plainfield, passed away May 14, 2014. He was born February 22, 1929 in Mooresville, IN to the late Frank and Hazel Craven. He was a 1948 graduate of Clayton High School. Bill was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Plainfield. He retired from Howard Sams after many years as a manager. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 17, at 2:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call from 12:00 noon until service time. Burial will be in Mooresville Cemetery. Survivors include his sister, Virginia Estes; nieces, Leslie Kaiser, Melinda Prock and Karen Sarvich; many great nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church.
