Raphael E. "Ray" O'Nan Jr.

Raphael E. "Ray" O'Nan Jr., 81, of Indianapolis, passed away March 22, 2014. He was born January 17, 1933 in Indianapolis to the late Raphael and Ella O'Nan Sr. He was a US Army veteran. Ray retired after 30 years with Carrier Corporation in the production department. His memberships include the National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts and Mini Mizers Miniature Club specializing in trains. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary O'Nan. Funeral services will be Friday, March 28, at 1:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call from 11:00 am until service time. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. The family would like to give a special thank you to Golden Living Center in Greenfield. Survivors include his sister, Marilyn Lynch; brother in law, Jim (Ilene) Darkis; 4 nieces and 2 great nephews.
