Robert W. Rozzel

Robert W. Rozzel, 93, of Avon, passed away December 18, 2013. He was born January 4, 1920 to the late Frank R. and Ora M. (Smith) Rozzel in Kansas City, MO. He worked 13 years at Bowes Sealfast retiring in 1968. He was also a self-employed mechanic. He was a member of the New Beginnings Christian Center in Avon. Robert is survived by two daughters, Carolyn (Charles) Watkins and Marilyn (David) Lee; two sisters, Marjorie Easter and Jeannie Phinney; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Rozzel and a son, Grandvel "Butch" Rozzel. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Friday, December 20, 2013 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Friday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
