Linda Sue Ferrell

Linda Sue Ferrell, 71, of Plainfield, passed away on September 17, 2013. The angels cheered as God opened the gates of Heaven to receive His faithful servant. She was born Easter Sunday on April 5, 1942 in Bloomington, IN to the late James W. and Sybil (McDermott) Storms. Linda had two brothers and two sisters, Mike and Kevin Storms, Sybil Storms and Nola Brown. Linda graduated from Plainfield High School where she met the love of her life and best friend, Larry Ferrell. She was a bride of 52 plus loving years. Their marriage was blessed with two children, Larinda (Matt) Roswarski and Lance (Tracy) Ferrell. One of her greatest blessings was the joy that came with being a "Grammy". Aaron (Kim) and Payton Roswarski, Kiah and Tyce Ferrell. In recent years, she was blessed even more by adding 4 great grandchildren to her family. Linda was preceded in death by 2 granddaughters. Funeral services will be Friday, September 20, at 11:00 am in Plainfield Christian Church of which she was a member. Visitation will be Thursday, September 19, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm in the church and also from 10:00 - 11:00 am the day of service. Entombment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
