Paul F. Lawson

Paul F. Lawson, 79, of Plainfield, passed away August 20, 2013. He was born March 30, 1934 to the late Irvin and Nannie Lawson in Lee County, VA. He was a machinist for Diamond Chain Co. for 39 years retiring in 1995. He is survived by his wife Sarah E. (Jackson) Lawson; a son, Michael L. (Denise) Lawson; two daughters, Melda J. Sexton and Kim K. Alexander; three brothers, Calvin, Arnold and Bill Lawson; 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Saturday, August 24, 2013 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Friday, August 23 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Center Valley Cemetery, Belleville.
