Raymond E. Trump

Raymond E. Trump, 92, of Plainfield, IN. passed away April 13, 2008. He was born May 6, 1915 in Groveland, IN. to the late Pearl and Louanna Trump. He retired in 1985 after 45 years with Stadler Packing in Columbus, IN, where he owned and operated his truck. He also owned Trumps Lawn Service with his grandchildren from the early 1980's to the present. His memberships include the Plainfield Christian Church, Broad Ripple F&AM # 643, Indianapolis Scottish Rite, Indianapolis Shrine, Plainfield Eagles Lodge # 3207, Teamsters Local 135, Plainfield VFW and Danville American Legion. He was also a WW II Army veteran. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 16 at 2:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Tuesday, April 15 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Trump; brother, Mearl Trump; sisters, Dorothy Hollowell and Thelma Park; grandson, Donnie Trump. Survivors include a son, William Trump; daughter, Susan Hine; brothers, Donald and Carl Trump; sisters, Madge Greenlee, Pauline McAvoy, Mary Smith, Juanita Paul and Esther Williams; grandchildren, Tim and Joe Trump, Michelle Vaughn and John Scott Chaille II; 6 great grandchildren. Contributions may be made to Shrine Hospital for Crippled Children.
