Jean Ann Scott

Jean Ann Scott, 82, of Plainfield, passed away January 31, 2013. She was born October 29, 1930 in Sullivan, IN to the late Ralph and Vella Yung. Jean was a 1948 graduate of Sullivan High School. She was a homemaker and member of the 7th and 8th Christian Church as well as the American Legion Auxillary Post # 500, Speedway. Funeral services will be Monday, February 4, at 1:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call from 11:00 am until time of service. Entombment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband and siblings, Jack E. Scott, Wayne Young and Betty Alumbaugh. Survivors include her daughters, Debi (Mitch) Haase, Cindi (Randy) White and Carrie (Mike) Wickens; grandchildren, Eric and Mark Scott, Heather Zerr, Zack Wickens, Scott and Holly Wegeng, Ashley Gallagoes, Mandy, Alex and Nick Haase; great grandchildren, Austin, Rylan, Colton and Kaylee Scott, Jaelynne and Ellianna Haase.
