Hazel M. Crouse

Hazel M. Crouse, 72, of Danville, passed away December 28, 2012. She was born July 2, 1940 to the late Carl and Nellie (Pollard) Price in Avon, IN. She was currently a cashier for the Plainfield Wal Mart for the past 14 years. She is survived by her husband, Herschel C. Crouse; two daughters, Cindy (Joe) Schober and Patty L. (Seth) Sharp; a step son, Mark K. (Rita-Lyle) Crouse; and 5 grandchildren, Josie Sharp, Hannah and Jeremy Crouse, and Jenny and Brenda Schober. She was preceded in death by a brother, Carl Edwin "Sonny" Price and a sister Betty Jo Price. Funeral services will be at 7:00 pm Wednesday January 2, 2013 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Wednesday from 4:00 pm until service time at 7:00 pm. A private burial will be held in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
