Doris A. Day

Doris A. Day, 81, of Indianapolis, passed away November 5, 2012. She was born April 10, 1931 to the late Willis and Della (Essary) Hadley in Monrovia, IN. She is survived by her husband, John E. Day; a son, Michael Day; two daughters, Margie and Sherrie Day; a sister, Linda Fenske; 4 grandchildren, Lori, Tami, P.T., and Scott; 13 great grandchildren, Rebekah, Candace, Jessica, Gary Jr, Tabitha, Susanna, Kimi, Jennifer, Scotty, Stephen, Ashlee, Amber and Alexis; 14 great great grandchildren, Mallory, Aiden, Spencer, Elijah, Landon, Gabriel, Ryannah, Drew, J.J., Faith, Lucas, Ben, Noah, and Zoey; and her dog, Trixie. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 7, 2012 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Wednesday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm. Burial, Clayton Cemetery.
