Linda Ann Lehman

Linda Ann Lehman, 62, of Indianapolis, passed away October 12, 2012. She was born March 18, 1950 in Cleveland, OH and is survived by her parents, Charles L. and Jeannette A. Lehman. She is the dear sister of Priscilla "Pat" Lehman and Philip Lehman, and Aunt of Aaron Lehman. The family lived in Parma, OH where she attended Parma Public Schools from kindergarten through the 12th grade; after which she attended Kent State University and graduated from Fairview General Hospital School of Nursing in Cleveland having passed the state boards to become an R.N. She came to Indiana and began her nursing career at I.U. Hospital in the Stroke Unit. She then accepted employment at Methodist Hospital as an Emergency Room nurse. She retired from Methodist in 2002 as a Night Administrator. The greatest joys in her life were her family and especially pets in need of loving care. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Hendricks County Humane Society, or Best Friends Animal Society, 5001 Angel Canyon Rd., Kanab, UT 84741. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Wednesday, October 17, 2012 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Tuesday, October 16, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Burial, Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
