Gregory Scott Best

Gregory Scott Best, 51, of Plainfield, passed away October 2, 2012. He was born April 30, 1961 to the late Jack K. and Carolyn Sue (Disborough) Best in Indianapolis, IN. He was a graduate of Ball State University. He was currently working in sales and marketing at Chick-Fil-A in Plainfield. Greg is survived by his daughter, April D. Best; a brother, Barry D. Best; three sisters, Jackie K. (Todd) Brumley; Kerrie L. (Brad Guthrie) Best; and Krissy S. (Jim) Schenck; and many nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Plainfield Christian Church, 800 Dan Jones Road, Plainfield, where a Celebration of Life service will be held at 6:00 pm Friday, October 5, 2012, and where friends may call on Friday from 4:00 pm until service time at 6:00 pm. A scholarship fund has been set up for his daughter April at Raymond James, 9865 E. 116th St., Suite 800, Fishers, IN 46037.
