Larry E. King

Larry E. King, 63, of Plainfield, passed away July 27, 2012 in his residence. He was born August 29, 1948 in Indianapolis, to the late Louis and Alma King. He was a US Army veteran serving in Vietnam with the 101st Air-borne Division. Larry retired in 1997 from Bryant Heating UTC Carrier after 33 years as a group leader. His memberships include American Legion Post 500 (Speedway). Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 1, at 10:30 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Tuesday, July 31, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Debbie King; 2 sons, Scott (Jennifer) and James King; daughter, Heather Perez-King; grandchildren, Nevaeh, Elia, Jameson, Lauren, Gavin and Andrea King; extended family, Jeff (Paige) Hodge & children, Linda (Bob) Laue & children, Cindy (Bill) Huffer & children, Anthony Thomas and Brianna Sigwalt as well as other loved ones.
