Martha V. Bryant

Martha V. Bryant, 89, of Plainfield, passed away June 20, 2012. She was born June 19, 1923 in Kansas City, MO to the late Herbert and Lulu Neidenberger. She was a 1941 graduate of Monrovia High School. Martha was a homemaker and worked for Link-Belt and PSI for several years until 1953 when she became co-owner of Bryant Oil Company in Plainfield with her husband Ralph, until retirement in 1985. She was a member of Plainfield Friends Meeting. Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Bryant and sister, Betty Neidenberger. Funeral services will be Friday, June 22, at 2:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Thursday, June 21, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Entombment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Survivors include her children, David A. (Yvette) Bryant and Debbie (Dave) Dick; grandchildren, Scott and Shawn Bryant, Amie and A.J. Dick; 4 great grandchildren. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Riley Hospital For Children.
