Sarah P. "Bea" Halliburton

Sarah P. "Bea" Halliburton, 99, of Indianapolis, passed away May 28, 2012. She was born September 25, 1912 in Fountain Head, TN to the late Elbert Sydney and Elizabeth (McCloud) Dunham. She retired in 1977 from L. Strauss & Company after 30 years as a cashier and gift wrapper. Bea was a member of Bridgeport Central Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Thomas Halliburton. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 31, at 7:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call from 3:00 pm until time of service. Funeral services will also be held in Wilkinson-Wiseman Funeral Home, Portland, TN on Friday, June 1, at 3:30 pm (central time) with visitation from 11:30 am. Burial will be in Old Brush Cemetery, Portland,TN. Survivors include 2 daughters, Norma Jean (Richard) Bartlow and Linda Halliburton; 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
