Donald P. Nester

Donald P. Nester, 65, of Mooresville, passed away March 16, 2012. He was born March 2, 1947 to the late Ernest and Mary (Lumpkin) Nester in Bridgeport, IN. He was a respiratory therapist for Kindred Hospital for 13 years until 2006. He was a member of the Monrovia UM Church. He is survived by his wife, Jonie (Meier) Nester; three sons, Ernie (Janace), Timothy (Debbie), and James (Jill) Nester; a daughter, Jean Marie Nester; step-children, Kristopher (Jasmine) and Wendy Whitehead and Rebekah (Ryan) Duncan; brother, William Nester; three sisters, Nancy Poe, Helen Louise Neeley, and Barbara Wilburn; and 15 grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, March 20, 2012 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home Plainfield, where friends may call on Monday, March 19 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
