Raymond M. Bowen

Raymond M. Bowen, 76, of Plainfield, passed away February 5, 2012. He was born July 15, 1935 to the late Lee Donaldson and Myrtle Mary (Quintin) Bowen in Flagler, CO. He was a US Army veteran. He was a project engineer for the Colorado Department of Highways for 35 years retiring in 1991. Later he worked for Castle Rock Construction as project manager for 15 years retiring in 2006. Raymond is survived by his wife, Mary A. (Rinderle) Bowen; three sons, Marshall (Stephanie), Duane (Darlene) and Merle (Leanne) Bowen; two daughters, Sharon (Rick) Todd and Annette (Dave) Duncan; adopted daughter, Sandra (Clinton) Sanders; four brothers, Maynard, Lloyd, Roy and Ron Bowen; two sisters, Mary (Keith) Reich and Martha Johnson; 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Aaron and Joseph Bowen. Memorial services will be at 2:00 pm Friday, February 10, 2012 in the Plainfield Christian Church, 800 Dan Jones Road, Plainfield, where friends may call on Friday from 1:00 pm until service time at 2:00 pm.
