Dorothy Frances Patrick

Dorothy F. Patrick, 91, of Plainfield, passed away January 24, 2012. She was born July 18, 1920 to the late Charles and Rebecca (Stauffer) Gardner in Falls Church, VA. She worked as a secretary for the Indiana Youth Center in Plainfield for 13 years retiring in 1985. She was a member of the Kingsway Christian Church. Dorothy is survived by three sons, Michael D.(Shirley), Steven A. and Dion G. (Gail) Patrick; a daughter, Marianne (Ed) Wade; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold A. Patrick. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Wednesday January 25, 2012 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield. Services will be private. Entombment Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield. Contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
