David E. Lutz

David E. Lutz, 46, of Plainfield, passed away November 6, 2011 in Summerfield Health Care in Cloverdale, IN. He was born August 28, 1965 in Danville to Robert E. and Linda L. (Hopkins) Lutz. He had owned Chicago Pizza in Plainfield. He also worked for Target and Saint Gobain Warehouses. Memorial services will be Friday November 11, 2011 at 7:00 pm. Friends may call from 5:00 pm until time of service. Survivors include his mother and step father, Linda and Jack Justus; brother, Gary M. Lutz; sister, Lisa M. Kehrt; grandmother, Frances Warner; niece, Alexis Miller; nephews, Gary M. Lutz II, Tyler and Ryan Kehrt. The family would like to extend a special "thank you" to Summerfield Health Care and Horizon Hospice Care.
