Rose Lee Barker

Rose Lee Barker, 83, of Clayton, passed away October 14, 2011. She was born June 11, 1928 to the late Samuel and Zoa Pearl (Kates) Bevington in Indianapolis, IN. She was a homemaker and a member of the Hazelwood Christian Church, Hazelwood Homemakers and the Hazelwood Ladies Auxillary Fire Dept. She is survived by two sons, Ryan (Mary) and James (Rita) Barker; a daughter, Bonita (Glen) Brill; a brother, Robert "Bud" Bevington; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Joseph Barker and a great grandson, Tevin Rosales. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Tuesday, October 18, 2011 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Monday, October 17, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Burial, Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
