Richard E. "Dick" Smith

Richard E. (Dick) Smith, 76, of Clayton, passed away September 20, 2011. He was born June 24, 1935 in New Castle, IN to the late Clarence E. and Irene Smith. He was preceded in death by his wife Marylyn Smith; son, Jeffery E. Smith; sisters, Mary E. Marchetti, and Judith L. George. He is survived by three sons, Bryan(Carole), Gerald (Trudy), and Christopher (Dianne) Smith; daughter, Paula (Mitchell) Crickmore; 7 grandsons Bryan Smith Jr., Brandon and Bradley Farmer, Justin and Jared Smith, and Dakota and Dalton Smith; and 7 great-grandchildren. Dick retired from Yellow Freight, Indianapolis after 16 years in 1992. He was also the owner of Richmar Trucking, Clayton, IN. Graveside services will be Friday, September 23, 2011, at 3:00 pm in the North Branch Cemetery, Belleville, IN. In lieu of flowers you may make donations to: Great Lakes Caring, 3115 S.
