Georgia Elizabeth Cossell

Georgia Elizabeth Pollard Cossell, 95, of Indianapolis, passed away August 19, 2011. She was born January 25, 1916 to the late James and Minnie (Baker) Pollard in Crab Orchard, KY. She attended the Plainfield and Bridgeport Friends Meeting. She was a homemaker, however during WWII she worked for Allison's Transmission until the war was over. Georgia loved the outdoors. She enjoyed cooking and canning vegetables from their large garden. Her husband Isaac Cossell preceded her in death. She is survived by her sister, Lois Williams. She was a beloved aunt to many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She will be greatly missed by her family and also her many friends at Lakeview Manor. Funeral services will be at 6:00 pm Monday, August 22, 2011 in the Plainfield Friends Meeting, 105 S. East St., where friends may call one hour prior to services.
