Dora Evelyn Stewart

Dora Evelyn Stewart, 76, of Connersville, formerly of Plainfield passed away August 11, 2011 in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. She was born December 20, 1934 in Sneedville, TN to the late Willard and Leo Hatfield. She worked in the claims department for The Travelers 23 years retiring in 1995. She was a member of United Community Church of the Nazarene (149 Vestel Rd. Plainfield) where a funeral service will be held Monday, August 15, at 1:00 pm. Friends may call at the church from 12 noon until time of service. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. She also attended Garrison Creek Baptist Church in Connersville. Survivors include her husband, Samuel Stewart; children, Debbie (Jack) Baynes, Jim (Teresa), David (Amelia), Mark (Mary) Stewart; sisters, Macel Stewerf and Bette Rhinehart; 11grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
