Minta L. "Minnie" Anderson

Minta L. "Minnie" Anderson, 83, of Clayton, passed away July 23, 2011. She was born May 27, 1928 to the late Alva and Flora (Lovins) Mink in Rockcastle County, KY. She was a professional cake decorator and upholsterer, as well as a master gardener. She was a member of the Belleville Church of Christ. Minnie is survived by her husband, Luther Anderson; four daughters, Linda S. Anderson , Jeanne L. Monday of Danville, Joyce A. Hammond of Clayton, and Carol L. (Kevin) Martin of Monrovia; two brothers, Bill and Bobby Mink; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Thursday, July 28, 2011 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Wednesday, July 27 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
