Joanne Faye Jones

Joanne Faye Jones, 76, of Plainfield, passed away June 10, 2011. She was born August 3, 1934 to the late Jewell and Opal Irene (Modisett) Reed in Harmony, IN. She was a beautician/hairdresser in Plainfield for 34 years retiring in 1992. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Plainfield. She is survived by two sons, Brad E. and Michael J. (Tammy) Jones; a brother, Steve Reed; and one grandson, Allan M. Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene C. Jones. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Wednesday, June 15, 2011 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Tuesday, June 14 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Burial, Maple Grove Cemetery, Clay City, IN.
