Maude F. Looper

Maude F. Looper, 89, of Indianapolis, passed away March 26, 2011. She was born February 20, 1922 in Bridgeport, IN to the late Frank and Lula Ping. She was a cook for 20 years at Dobbs House Catering at Indianapolis International Airport retiring in 1985. She was a member of Bridgeport Central Baptist Church where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 31, at 1:00 PM. Friends may call on Wednesday, March 30, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jay Looper. Survivors include her sons, Larry (Shirley) and Stephen (Suzi) Looper; daughter, Shelia (Doug) Combs; sister, Leona Rutherford; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Bridgeport Central Baptist Church.
