Carol Ann Howlett

Carol Ann Howlett, 63, of Plainfield, passed away March 8, 2011. She was born October 13, 1947 to the late William T. and Lola I. (Whicker) Clark in Indianapolis, IN. She worked 35 years for Marsh Supermarkets and was general manager at the 56th & Georgetown Rd. supermarket until 2010. She also was a route carrier for the Hendricks County Flyer for 20 years, and for the Indianapolis Star for 5 years until 2009. She is survived by two daughters, Susie D. Mayo and Terri L. (David) Wren; two sisters, Anita Bunten and Cheryl Phillips; and 11 grandchildren. She was a member of Plainfield Baptist Church and a member of the Hope Community Church, 3350 N. St. Rd. 267, Brownsburg where funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Friday, March 11, 2011 and where visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, March 10. Burial, Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen For The Cure Foundation.
